1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Corphired, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Corphired is currently in early access and features may change.

2. Description of Service

Corphired is a career identity platform that allows professionals to log their work history, receive attestations from colleagues, and build a verified professional identity. The service is invite-only during early access.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person — no duplicate or fake accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Attestations & Verification

Attestations represent an individual's statement that they can verify a career entry. Corphired does not independently verify employment claims. Attestations carry the identity of the person providing them and should be made truthfully and in good faith.

Providing false attestations or career information may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity or career history
Provide false attestations for others
Use automated systems or bots to access the service
Harass, spam, or abuse other users
Attempt to circumvent security measures
Scrape or collect data from the platform without permission

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using Corphired, you grant us a license to display your public profile information to other users as part of the service. You can remove or unpublish your content at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Corphired is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of attestations or career information provided by users. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
